Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the SmartPaisa mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using SmartPaisa, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using the app, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our app.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
SmartPaisa is granted to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
The app includes a feature of virtual "coins" as part of a reward system. Coins are for entertainment purposes only and cannot be exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate these virtual coins at any time, with or without notice.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms.
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties. In no event shall SmartPaisa be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
SmartPaisa uses Google AdMob to display advertisements and Firebase Analytics to help us improve app performance and user experience. These services may collect anonymous information such as device type, app usage, and user interactions.
